Mint Hive was established to develop our homestead habitat as a sustainably scaled ecosystem from which we harvest and curate premium, small-batch experiences. Our journey is documented through the Chronicles as we steward honeybees, plant and preserve botanical heritage, and craft seasonal artifacts that reflect the land, the forage, and the story of each release. We lean on our interactive community members to help shape the future through stewardship, collaboration and shared discovery.
